Conch Cooking Competition

1. Eligibility: All participants must be 18 years of age or older to compete.

2. Food Entries:

• Savory dishes (Picadillo)

must be submitted in a 4-6 quart slow cooker (crockpot).

• Sweet dishes (Queen of All Puddings)

must be submitted in a 9x13 baking dish.

• All entries must be clearly labeled with the competitor's name.

3. Drop-Off Instructions:

Time: Drop-off is scheduled from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

Location: Bring your entry to the back area (parking lot) of the

Hellings Curry Museum & the Red Barn Theatre at 319 Duval Street.

Access: The Festival is held in the back area, no vehicle access will be available.

A volunteer stationed at the driveway will assist competitors during drop-off.

4. Post-Event Pick-Up: Competitors are responsible for collecting their dishes after the competition concludes.

Anyone can vote!

Voting tickets are $5.00 per ticket, each category requires a ticket to taste all samples. You can purchase as many tickets as you’d like! When the tasting closes @ 1:30pm, votes will be tallied and the winner announced at 2:00pm. Tell all your friends to join us to cast their vote for the best conch dish in town!
